About God
What can we say in such a small space about such a big God? Do we believe the God of the Bible is the one and only true God? Most definitely! Do we believe that every word in the Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit and straight from the mouth of God? Without a doubt! Do we believe that Jesus is the son of God, sent to earth as a man, crucified on the cross, raised from the dead, seated at the right hand of God, ever living to make intercession for us? Yes, and we thank Him for that!
We also believe that we are God’s ambassadors on this earth. We believe that as we pray the sick are healed, the dead are raised, and the oppressed are set free. And to do that, we must go into the world and touch the untouchable, reach the unreachable, and love the unlovable by showing them the love of Christ in practical ways.
We believe that church isn’t for the perfect but a hospital for the sick, a provider for the needy, a comforter for the hurting, and anything else God needs it to be.
We serve a great and awesome God, and we serve Him willingly, seeking to live life in such a way that others see something different in us, something about the way we handle things, about the way we do things, that makes them ask more about our God.
