The Bloodline CD

There are a lot of things that are quite unique at Christway Church. It’s not that we are ‘better’ than any other church, it is because we have a special calling and mission from God to ”reach the unreachable, touch the untouchable, and love the unlovable”. Part of that passion is in the music ministry that God has given to one of the praise and worship teams at Christway. Known as the CWC Power and Light Company, this group’s mission is to show that you can praise and adore the King of Kings with any type of music from blues, to contemporary, and right on down to rock and roll.

The Bloodline album is the group’s first full-length album that is aimed at pulling in the ‘rocker’ crowd to help them to realize just that. Since the group’s two founding members came from a secular blues/rock background and record label, it is this album’s passionate desire to use these types of music to glorify God and His Kingdom. The enemy has used music way too long to pull folks away from the church. It is the mission of CWC Power and Light Company to use this same music for God’s glory to pull those who have been led astray back to the calling that God has placed on their lives. The Bloodline album has a bluesy/rock feel for the most part, but guarantees that no matter what your favorite genre, you will hear something that will bless you.
