Pastor Vic and Mrs. Kelly have been in leadership at CWC since 2001. They began as youth pastors, then became associate pastors, and in 2014 transitioned to the role of lead pastors. Their vision is to help build strong, Christ-centered families, which will help build a strong Christ-centered church.

Pastor Vic and Mrs. Kelly have been married for over 30 years.

They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
